After the collapse a lot of people lost faith that there is justice in the world,lost confidence in their future.And now all the nations,that lived in peace in the big house called USSR are ready to tear each other apart.
Yeah,i won't deny that the government made huge mistakes in organisation of some aspects of the industrial\agricultural and social life(such as censore and very strict rules of production wich could not be changed without a very grave reason) but the people's lifes have had purpouse greater than making as much money as they can at least.
Even if the collapse was some kind of malicious machination-they won.russians will be driven out of our country in 1-2 generations,even now Moscow is only 60% russian,other 40% are migrants from Middle Asia and China.That is why a lot of us try to live somewhere else.
try to read about place called "buchenwald" and about organisation "anenerbe",it will give you a nice picture about what they did with anyone who they couldn't use.there was no place for russians in hitler's world.

5)and the start of this bipolar strife was in 1946,when churchill gave that speech in fulton,and everyone instantly forgot that our soldiers were dying in eastern europe,and american soldiers and sailors died in process of liberation of france and in the northern ocean,delivering the vital supplies to arkhangelsk city.if it wasn't that speech-nato or warsaw treaty would never exist.
